At JR Collection we have two different cancellation policy’s. More will be explained below:
| Flexible | Flexible is the booking which will give you the opportunity to cancel your booking maximum 24 hours before arrival (15:00 in the most hotels). Payment can be either online or at the hotel. |
| Non-Refundable |
Non-Refundable is a risk policy. If you are sure you are traveling the dates selected, you can consider to choose the non-refundable booking. Keep in mind no money will be refunded in case of cancellation by you. When the hotel or the travel agency will cancel the booking, you get a compensation. The compensation is a voucher for the full price. After a year this voucher can be exchanged to a bank transfer. |
